You
can either travel by road along the scenic
coaster road to Kuala Besut or catch a Domestic
Flight to Kota Bahru (the capital of Kelantan
).
If you prefer the public transport , you
can hire a taxi or take a bus from various
states to Kuala Besut. In Kuala Lumpur you
can either take a bus from Pudu Raya Bus
Station or the one at Perhentian Putra near
PWTC ( Putra World Trade Centre.)

Taxi from Kota Bharu : The cost is around
RM45 to RM50.00 per taxi per way can accomodate
04 passengers.
Upon
reaching Kuala Besut Jetty , you can either
take the fast boat or Tourist Boat ( Slow
Boat )to Perhentian Island. By Fast Boat
is 30 to 40 Minutes. by Slow Boat the journey
will take about 90 to 120 minutes.
